If you are interested in being a Lacrosse Referee,

For returning referees you will be receiving a packaging in the mail
from the OLA. Fill out the "Membership Form" and
Select April 15th Clinic in Guelph.
Referees under 18 you must get their parents to sign the back
of the yellow registration form. Initial in the box n the bottom
of the form and sign "Signature of Participant/Player".
For referees 18 and over, sign the back
of the blue registration form. Initial in the box n the bottom
of the form and sign "Signature of Participant/Player".
