Registrants must remember to bring with them:

a photocopy of the player’s birth certificate

Cash or cheque(made payable to Brantford Minor Lacrosse Association)

Please NOTE:

For the 3rd child would be 50% off registration to the youngest child
The same discount for 4th or 5th children and so on.

A $25 charge will apply to all NSF cheques

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the BMLA Treasurer

A $25 processing fee will apply to all refunds

There will be no refunds once games commence

Please allow a 30 day processing time
